Terms and Conditions for Jaguar Land Rover Referral Offer for Andersen EV Premium Installation

1.Eligibility and Referral Process:

• Andersen EV are an official partner of Jaguar Land Rover and recommended home charge point provider. Andersen EV work closely with Jaguar Land Rover retailers to assist with customers home charging solutions. Please note that Jaguar Land Rover retailers may receive an introductory fee for referring customers to Andersen EV.

• This offer is only valid for customers who are referred to Andersen EV through a Jaguar Land Rover retailer.

• Retailers must gain customers permission to pass on their details to Andersen EV. These details are then submitted by the retailer via a secure portal.

2.Discount Details:

• Referred customers will receive a discount of £200 off the cost of an Andersen charge point and premium installation service provided by Andersen EV.

• The discount is applicable only to the premium installation package.

• The discount of £200 can only be used once per referral.

3.Premium Installation Package:

• The premium installation package includes a physical site survey conducted by the Andersen EV install team.

• The site survey involves an in-person visit to the customer's property to assess the installation requirements.

• Premium installation includes: A member of our in-house Installation Team will visit the property and perform a physical survey and provide a bespoke survey report. The visit will take place at a mutually agreed time and can take up to an hour. Upon confirmation of order, we will call you to arrange this survey, usually within two weeks of order. Our electrician will walk you through the installation and create a bespoke report and quote for your property.

•Get an Andersen engineer to your property to carry out your survey

•Full installation cost will be confirmed on completion of a survey

•Good for those that cannot send photos for the remote survey

•Please note our in-house team can only complete physical surveys and installations in Mainland UK.

•Up to 15m of cable run from supply to charge point

* Andersen EV will not remove or take apart furniture; we require a clear cable route on arrival.

** We do not excavate or carry out groundworks. If this is needed a ducting pipe needs to be installed with draw wires. More information can be provided.

*** Andersen EV - will assist with removing floorboards and carpet but are not responsible for any damage.

**** The adaptive fuse and solar package are not compatible with our 22kW (3-phase) charge point.

***** Health & Safety stipulation, e.g. – working at heights or confined spaces, complicated and commercial installs, etc. will require 2 engineers working together. This will be discussed in detail with the customer.

4.Additional Costs:

• During the physical site survey, any additional materials required for the installation will be identified.

• The cost of any additional materials or services identified during the survey will be the responsibility of the customer.

5. Payment and Billing:

• Customers will be informed of any additional costs following the physical site survey.

• Payment for additional materials and services must be made in accordance with Andersen EV's billing terms and conditions.

6. Terms of Service:

• By accepting this offer, customers agree to comply with Andersen EV’s standard terms of service, which can be reviewed at: Andersen EV Terms of Service.

7. Validity and Changes:

• This offer is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or modified at any time without prior notice.

• Andersen EV and Jaguar Land Rover reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions as necessary.
