Statistics

The RS e-tron GT performance allows for a rapid 0-60mph time of 2.5 seconds (with launch control)2, while its top speed is limited to 155mph.

In terms of range, the large 93kWh battery allows for a claimed range of between 344 and 365 miles3, while its 800-volt architecture allows the car to be charged at up to 320kW. In ideal conditions, this means the battery could be charged from 10 to 80 per cent in less than 18 minutes4.

All vehicles are tested according to WLTP technical procedures. Figures shown are for comparability purposes; only compare fuel consumption, CO2 and equivalent electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. These figures may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including the accessories fitted (post-registration), variations in weather, driving styles, vehicle load (and, for battery electric vehicles, the starting charge of the battery).

1The power available in the individual driving situation depends on variable factors such as outside temperature, temperature, state of charge and conditioning or physical ageing of the high-voltage battery. Deviations, in particular from the aforementioned parameters, can lead to a reduction in performance. The currently available power is displayed in the vehicle's power meter. The power output includes temporary power boosts of up to 70 kW (95 PS) for at least 10 seconds according to UN-GTR.21. Power output can be as much as 570 kW (775 PS) in launch control mode.

2Activating Launch Control can temporarily increase power output by up to 70 kW (95 PS), to give a power boost of up to 570 kW (775 PS). Launch Control is activated manually from a standing start only and requires the driver to press the brake and acceleration pedals to the floor, then lift off the brake to accelerate. Power figures are obtained under standardised test conditions and are for comparison purposes only. They may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including ambient temperature, the starting charge and temperature of the battery, vehicle and battery condition and age. System limits and operational requirements apply. To find out more, please check the manual or contact your Audi Centre.

3Range dependent on trim and optional equipment. All vehicles are tested according to WLTP technical procedures. Figures shown are official test values for comparability purposes; only compare fuel consumption, CO2 and electric range figures with other vehicles tested to the same technical procedures. These figures may not reflect real life driving results, which will depend upon a number of factors including but not limited to factory fitted options, accessories fitted (post-registration), variations in weather, road and traffic conditions, individual driving styles, vehicle load, vehicle condition, use of systems like climate control (and, for battery electric vehicles, the starting charge, age and conditions of the battery). Figures for battery electric vehicles were obtained after the battery had been fully charged. Battery electric vehicles require mains electricity for charging. Zero emissions while driving. Figures quoted are subject to change due to ongoing approvals/changes and figures may include options not available in the UK. Please consult your local Audi Centre for further information. Lithium-ion batteries, of the type used in most electric vehicles (including Audi electric vehicles) have a restricted lifespan. Battery capacity will reduce over time, with use and charging. Reduction in battery capacity will affect the performance of the vehicle, including the range achievable, and may impact resale value. New car performance figures (including battery capacity and range) may be provided for the purposes of comparison between vehicles. You should not rely on new car performance figures (including battery capacity and range), in relation to used vehicles with older batteries, as they will not reflect used vehicle performance in the real world. For further information on batteries and the Audi 8 year/100,000 mile battery warranty, please visit https://www.audi.co.uk/uk/web/en/electric/faqs/battery.html Max ranges vary depending on trim. For comparison purposes, may not reflect real world driving and based on 100% charge.

4Timings based on a 10 to 80% charge using an ultra-rapid DC public charge station at the vehicle’s maximum charging capability. Ultra rapid charging stations are still limited in the UK, with numbers planned to increase. Actual charging times will vary depending on various factors, including the selected vehicle (and battery option, if available), the type of charger used, the level of charge in the battery, the age type, condition and temperature of the charger and the battery, the power supply, ambient temperature at the point of use and other environmental factors. Charging times will also be affected by the charging curve (for example, once charging passes 80%, charging will slow to protect the battery's longevity) and will be longer if battery temperature activates safeguarding technology.
