What is your greatest achievement? Becoming the MINI Brand Manager at 25.
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Always go above & beyond & do more than you are asked to do.
How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? The industry has moved away from the typical old fashioned car showroom, with better training facilities & more opportunity for females to move up in the business with promotional opportunities.
Top tip for how you organise your days? Always make a to do list! Highlighting the urgent tasks first
Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Remember customer satisfaction is most important, it is all about the people.
