COVID-19 Customer Information & Support
Frequently Asked Questions
Across the United Kingdom it is MANDATORY for ALL customers and colleagues to wear a ‘face covering’ in our dealerships/retail environments. Typically, customers should bring their own face covering to put on prior to entering the premises, and it should be worn at all times whilst they remain inside the facility. However, in the event of customer not having a face covering on their person at the time of entering the business, then they should be provided with one.

We've created a handy guide to give you more for an idea of what our new handover process will look like. Read the guide here

Fraud Awareness: Regrettably, it appears that our industry is being targeted during this difficult time by a minority of fraudsters and scammers who are sophisticated, opportunistic and will try many things to impersonate innocent and vulnerable customers. Therefore, we would urge you to remain vigilant when dealing with any individuals who contact you directly during this time unprompted and we would strongly advise you to follow the advice and guidance of the FCA in order to protect yourself.
