Agility is a form of hire-purchase agreement provided by Mercedes-Benz Financial Services Limited, Delaware Drive, Milton Keynes, MK15 8BA.  We can only introduce you to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services as they are the sole finance provider for Mercedes-Benz Cars and new cars.  In the event Mercedes-Benz Financial Services choose not to provide credit for your new car purchase, we are not able to introduce you to another lender.   We are not an independent financial advisor and therefore, no advice or recommendation will be made. We do not charge you a fee for the introduction to Mercedes-Benz Financial Services but we will receive a commission (either a fixed fee or a fixed percentage of the amount you borrow). For regulated agreements under the Consumer Credit Act 1974, prior to entering into your credit agreement, you have the right to ask us to disclose the amount of commission we will earn for arranging your credit agreement.   For your reassurance, the amount of commission we receive from Mercedes-Benz Financial Services does not have an effect on the amount that you pay to MBFS under your credit agreement.  The lender will always set this.
