The historic Mercedes-Benz G-Class is back, and better than ever. The all-new Mercedes-Benz G 580 with EQ Technology is fully in keeping with the tradition of the model series established in 1979, but now with the power of electric.

The all-new electric G-Class is powered by four individually controlled motors located near the wheels. The innovative drive concept enables unique driving functions for off-road use, such as: G-TURN, G-STEERING and the intelligent off-road crawl function.

The G-ROAR sound experience includes a G-Class-specific driving sound, an “aura” and various “event” sounds. The new design is also manufactured to optimised aerodynamics and interior aeroacoustics for the ultimate driving experience. With the MBUX (Mercedes-Benz User Experience) infotainment system and a 12.3-inch driver and media display with touch controls, you will feel right at home in the G 580.

A redesigned off-road control unit, new OFFROAD COCKPIT and “transparent bonnet” enable a digital off-road experience, too, and as always, advanced safety and assistance systems support drivers in true Mercedes-Benz fashion.
