  1. How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? Since January 2022.

  2. How long have you been in your current role? Nearly 1 year

  3. What is your favourite part about your current role? I love being able to see the business’ progression and the positive impacts that our marketing campaigns have.

  4. What motivates you in the morning? Having a strong coffee and knowing I’m coming into the office to work with such a great team.

  5. Three words to describe yourself? Energetic, foody and loud (as my co-workers would say)

  6. What is your greatest achievement? Working full time from 18 and building my experience and knowledge to now be succeeding in my role at Sytner despite not having been to University or worked in the automotive industry before.

  7. What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Be confident that you are good at what you do! That itself will get you a long way. Also, ask all the questions you have, it’s the quickest way you will learn.

  8. How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Yes, especially the fact I am in an all-female team shows how important women in this business are.

  9. Top tip for how you organise your days? Make a daily list of tasks to work through. This always prevents me from forgetting anything.

  10. Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Be willing to learn and get involved where you can and also remember no two days are the same but that’s what makes it exciting!
