To ensure our exceptional standards of service are maintained, all of our Retailers will complete a comprehensive training programme with ongoing support.
A Flexible Handover to suit you.
To provide a premium handover experience while reducing delivery emissions, we offer a choice of local delivery options. You can either collect your new car from your chosen Retailer, or have it delivered directly.
If you choose to have your BMW delivered, you’ll still receive a full and thorough handover. Your handover will be completed by a professional uniformed driver explaining everything you need to know about main features and setting it up.
Your new BMW will never have more than 99 miles on the clock when it arrives. It will also arrive with at least half a tank of fuel or 80% electric charge.
A member of your chosen Retailer’s corporate team will contact you within 48 hours of your car’s handover to make sure everything is going smoothly and answer any questions.

With our Corporate Aftersales Promise, you’re guaranteed the same unmatched service and specialist corporate support throughout your BMW agreement.
Enjoy class-leading response times to service or repair appointment requests (Monday-Friday). Service Online Requests will be answered promptly.
If your car needs repairing, the team at your chosen centre will triage it within 24 hours to support parts ordering and technician requirements. All follow up appointments will occur within 7 working days, and within 3 days if a warning light is showing.
To minimise interruption to your working day, you can access your chosen centre’s meeting spaces while you wait for your car, enjoying complimentary Wi-Fi and refreshments.
After every service or repair, your car will receive a complimentary wash and vacuum. You’ll also receive a complimentary BMW End of Warranty Check.
