  1. How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? 33 years

  2. How long have you been in your current role? 10 years

  3. What is your favourite part about your current role? Meeting customers and looking after them.

  4. What motivates you in the morning? To achieve my best and to give my job 100%.

  5. Three words to describe yourself? Caring, fun and loyal

  6. What is your greatest achievement? After working here for 33 years I have been very fortunate and been given the opportunity to work in various departments, I was awarded a Making It Special and went to the Ritz with my husband for lunch.

  7. What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Smile a lot, be attentive, be a good listener and never judge people, treat our customers like it’s a hotel.

  8. How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Enormously! In the last 33 years women in the motor trade in management positions you did not often see and now we have a lot of women in these positions.

  9. Top tip for how you organise your days? Always have a plan and do not put off till tomorrow.

  10. Top tip for working in the automotive industry? Flexibility.
