How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? 1.5 years at BMW.
How long have you been in your current role? 1.5 years at BMW.
What is your favourite part about your current role? I find it rewarding being on somebody’s new car journey with them and being able to share the excitement!
What motivates you in the morning? A good mindset podcast.
Three words to describe yourself? Ambitious, adventurous and creative.
What is your greatest achievement? Saving somebodies life on a plane as a former flight attendant!
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Dedication and persistence are key, success takes time and hard work really does pay off.
How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? I was under the impression the automotive industry was heavily male dominant, but I have been pleasantly surprised by the number of powerful women within my workplace.
Top tip for how you organise your days? Time management is key, I always write a to-do-list when I get to work and tick them off throughout the day.
Top tip for working in the automotive industry? You get out what you put in, and to not give up after a bad day!
