How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? I started in January 2007.
How long have you been in your current role? I started in MINI in Jan 2007 and have recently come round to BMW (September 2021).
What is your favourite part about your current role? Meeting new people everyday.
What motivates you in the morning? Knowing I'm in control of my paycheck.
Three words to describe yourself? Friendly, bubbly, hard working.
What is your greatest achievement? My beautiful children.
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? Always smile, be kind and believe in yourself.
How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? Yes, when I started my team was all men.
Top tip for how you organise your days? Always start with a ‘to do list’.
