Marking its 50th anniversary, the Golf debuts a fresh appearance with both visual and functional enhancements, alongside boosted performance for heightened driving enjoyment. With a range of engine options, equipment, and features, you can now relish the familiar Golf experience in a personalised and revamped manner.
Featuring optional illuminated front Volkswagen logo and sleek bumpers, the Golf makes a striking visual statement. Its new headlights and tail light clusters, complete with optional dynamic turn signals, further enhance its allure, making it a true head-turner.
TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED
The interior of the new Golf gets a touch of luxury with fresh seat covers available in fabric or ArtVelours, complemented by a high-gloss center console. Opt for the optional 32.7 cm (12.9 inch) infotainment display for an elevated entertainment, news, and navigation experience. Meanwhile, the standard multifunction steering wheel, featuring classic push buttons, enhances the comfort of your journey.
Wherever and whenever you drive, ensuring a clear view is paramount to us. Opt for the optional IQ.LIGHT LED matrix headlights, equipped with high-performance main beams, for enhanced night vision that can illuminate the road up to 550 meters ahead. Utilising matrix technology, you can maintain main beam illumination without dazzling other road users. Additionally, these energy-efficient headlights offer remarkable efficiency.
The Golf eHybrid
The latest Volkswagen plug-in hybrid drive in the Golf Match eHybrid and Style eHybrid models offers a system output of 150 kW (204 PS), while the more performance-oriented Golf GTE version boasts 200 kW (272 PS). Power is channeled to the front wheels through a custom six-speed direct shift gearbox tailored for plug-in hybrid systems.
The Golf Match eHybrid, Golf Style eHybrid, and Golf GTE offer impressive electric ranges of up to 89, 88, and 82 miles respectively. Enhanced charging capabilities have significantly reduced charging times, now allowing for AC charging at 11 kW (previously 3.6 kW) and DC quick-charging at up to 40 kW, enabling a full charge from 0% to 100% in just 2.5 hours using an 11 kW charger.
With an extended electric range, rapid charging capabilities, and the practicality synonymous with the Golf model, the Golf Plug-in Hybrids emerge as the ideal choice for a future everyday vehicle.
