How long have you worked for Sytner BMW/MINI? 6 years and 10 months
How long have you been in your current role? As a MINI Sales Executive, 4 years and 10 months. Prior to that I was a BMW Product Genius.
What is your favourite part about your current role? The brand is fun, I enjoy the product I sell. Before joining the MINI sales team, I owned 3 MINI’s of my own previously!
What advice would you give to someone aspiring to be in your role? It might feel daunting (if like me.. no previous motor trade history) having to learn and feel confident in the product you are selling. But there is a great support network by the BMW Group to be able to train you to your best ability. It certainly helps if you are a big fan of the product too!
How have you seen the Automotive industry landscape change and evolve to engage more women? It’s great to see more women join the motor industry. Our team gender dynamic is pretty much 50/50. It’s refreshing to see what used to be a male dominated industry embrace everyone based on their passion rather than their gender.
